*I work at a casino, and made this as a going-away cake for a co-worker who is a roulette dealer. Got inspiration from a photo posted by krazymogator. 1/2 sheet cake on bottom with 10’ round cake on top, all covered in fondant.
*Finally, we topped the cake with a hand-carved roulette wheel made from cake. The finishing touches included a replica of the lucky recipient and casino themed items such as playing cards and poker chips.
